Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital) recently announced the availability of the semi-annual asset valuation reports for Alwaha REIT Fund for the period ended on 30 June 2026.
The reports provide an updated assessment of the fund’s real estate portfolio performance and fair market value as of the end of the first half (H1) of the 2026 fiscal year, according to a bourse filing.
The valuation process was conducted by 2 independent accredited valuers, JLL and Areeb Company, in accordance with the fund’s asset valuation policy outlined in its terms and conditions.
These reports are prepared to ensure transparency and provide unit holders with verified data regarding the fund's net asset value.
The fund manager stated that the documents are available to the public and can be accessed through the attachments on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website or via the fund manager's official portal.
This disclosure follows the regulatory requirements for real estate investment traded funds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide periodic updates on asset valuations.
Fund manager Wasatah Capital earlier announced the quarterly financial statements for the period ended in June 2026.
