Riyadh – Mubasher: Wajd Life Trading Company has penned a contract valued at SAR 39.33 million with Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, according to a bourse disclosure.
The agreement was signed on 16 August 2026 and covers the operation and maintenance of medical equipment and clinics located within the university city.
The contract signing follows an initial award notification previously announced on 19 May 2026.
Under the terms of the agreement, Wahd Life will provide specialized technical services for a duration of three years.
The company expects the agreement to result in a positive financial impact that will be reflected in its financial statements over the next three years. It further confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
