Riyadh — Mubasher: Ladun Investment Company announced that 25 August 2026 will be the final day for public inspection of its transition document, according to a bourse filing.
The announcement follows the approval from the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on 9 August 2026 regarding the company’s application to move its listing from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market.
In accordance with listing procedures, trading on Ladun’s shares will be suspended starting 26 August 2026. This suspension period is scheduled to last for a maximum of five trading days while the formal transition to the Main Market is finalized.
The company previously published its transition document on 11 August 2026.
The move follows the initial regulatory consent and the subsequent disclosure of the transition document.
Ladun Investment is completing these requirements to facilitate its debut on the primary exchange, which application was submitted in July 2026.
