Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced on 25 August 2026 its approval of a request submitted by Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia to terminate its market making mandate for Waja Company.
The cessation of market making activities for the company, which is listed on the Parallel Market (Nomu), is scheduled to take effect on 26 August 2026.
Tadawul did not disclose specific reasons for the termination of the agreement in its regulatory filing.
Market makers on the exchange typically operate under specific frameworks to provide liquidity by posting continuous buy and sell quotes.
The withdrawal of Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia from these duties for Waja follows the standard regulatory procedures for ending such financial services agreements within the kingdom's capital market infrastructure.
