Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Saudi Networkers Services Company approved a cash dividend distribution totaling SAR 12 million for the first half (H1) of the 2026 fiscal year.
The payout represents 16% of the share nominal value, according to a bourse filing.
Saudi Networkers Services confirmed that the distribution will target 7.50 million eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 1.60 per share.
According to the board resolution dated 11 August 2026, the eligibility for these dividends was set for 13 August 2026 for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The distribution process is scheduled to commence on 27 August 2026.
Funds will be deposited electronically into investment accounts linked to shareholder portfolios across all local banks via Edaa.
The company noted that dividends paid to non-resident foreign investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi tax regulations.
Saudi Networkers Services advised investors with tax exemptions to contact its investor relations department to provide supporting documentation.
Meanwhile, the listed company delivered SAR 18.56 million in net profit and SAR 292.46 million worth of revenue in H1-26.
