Riyadh — Mubasher: Riyad Capital announced on the availability of the semi-annual valuation reports for the assets of Riyad REIT Fund, according to a bourse filing on 25 August 2026.
The reports cover the fiscal period ended on 30 June 2026, based on valuations conducted by independent accredited valuers in accordance with the fund’s asset valuation policy outlined in its terms and conditions.
According to the disclosure, Riyad REIT Fund currently maintains a capital of SAR 1.63 billion and has a designated term of 99 years.
The fund aims to provide investors with stable and moderately increasing cash distributions.
Riyad Capital, the fund manager, operates with a paid-up capital of SAR 500 million and is regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
The fund manager noted that the valuation reports are now accessible to the public via the fund's official attachments.
