Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Raydan Food Company approved the resignation of audit committee member Imad Zain Al Abidin Al Harbi, according to a bourse filing.
The resignation of Al Harbi was submitted on 17 August 2026, citing personal circumstances.
The board of directors, meanwhile, issued its approval of the request through resolution on 20 August 2026.
According to the regulatory filing, the resignation is scheduled to officially take effect on 27 August 2026.
Al Harbi had served as a member of the company's audit committee since 20 May 2025.
The company did not immediately name a successor to fill the upcoming vacancy on the committee.
It is worth noting that Raydan Food is a Saudi-based company primarily engaged in the food and beverage sector, operating a chain of restaurants across the Kingdom.
