Riyadh — Mubasher: Purity for Information Technology Company (Purity Tech) announced the signing of a contract with the Qassim Region Emirate for the provision of operation, maintenance, and cybersecurity support services, according to a bourse filing.
The agreement is valued at SAR 9.25 million including value-added tax and was formally signed on 18 August 2026, following an initial award notification on 2 July 2026.
Under the terms of the agreement, Purity Tech will manage the maintenance and operational requirements of the Qassim Emirate’s cybersecurity infrastructure for a duration of 36 months.
The company confirmed that all necessary procedures for the contract execution were finalized on 18 August 2026.
The financial impact of the project is expected to be reflected in Purity Tech’s financial statements starting from the fiscal year (FY) 2026/2027 and will continue throughout the duration of the contract.
The listed company further stated there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
