Paper Home witnesses 61% surge in H1-26 net profit

Riyadh — Mubasher: Paper Home Company reported a 61.36% increase in net profit for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026.

The earnings reached SAR 10.85 million in the first half (H1) of 2026 compared to SAR 6.73 million during the same period of 2025.

Earnings per share rose to SAR 1.81 in H1-26 from SAR 1.12 a year earlier, according to the income statements.

The company’s revenue grew by 29.01% to SAR 59.76 million in H1-26 from SAR 46.32 million in H1-25.

Paper Home attributed this revenue growth to the introduction of a new production line designed to meet rising market demand, alongside sales expansion with key clients.

Specific product segments contributed significantly to the bottom line, with carton sales growing by 27% and label revenues increasing by 34%.

Additionally, revenue from paper waste surged by 93%.

Meanwhile, total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 111.75 million in H1-26, representing a 24.48% increase from SAR 89.77 million in the previous year.

It is worth noting that the external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
