Naseej International sets e-voting for capital raise meeting

Riyadh – Mubasher: Naseej International Trading Company issued a reminder to its shareholders regarding the start of electronic voting for its upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

The meeting, which is the third scheduled session, is set to address several agenda items, most notably a proposed increase in the company’s capital.

According to the regulatory filing, shareholders can begin casting their votes electronically starting from 01:00 on 22 August. The voting period will remain open until the conclusion of the general assembly meeting.

The assembly is scheduled to convene at 6:30 on 26 August and will be conducted both at the company’s headquarters in the Jeddah Industrial Area and via modern technology through the Tadawulaty system.

The company stated that registration and voting services are available free of charge to all shareholders. This announcement follows a previous invitation issued on 23 July.

Shareholders with inquiries regarding the voting process or the meeting agenda have been directed to contact the investor relations department via the provided telephone number 012-6222608 or through official email channels.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company’s net losses hit SAR 25.40 million, compared to net profits of SAR 7.67 million a year earlier.
