Riyadh — Mubasher: Naqi Water Company has called on its shareholders to attend the first extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) on 20 September 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
The EGM will be conducted via modern technology through the Tadawulaty platform at 18:30.
The primary agenda item for the assembly is a vote on amending Article 3 of the company’s bylaws regarding its corporate purposes.
The proposed changes include the addition of wholesale trade in eggs and related products.
Furthermore, the company plans to remove activities related to accommodation and food services, specifically deleting hotel management and tourism accommodation facilities from its authorized operations.
Electronic voting for the assembly items is scheduled to begin on 17 September at 1:00 and will remain open until the conclusion of the meeting.
According to Article 32 of the company’s bylaws, the meeting will be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least half of the shares with voting rights.
Shareholders registered in the company’s records at the Depository Center by the end of the trading session preceding the meeting are eligible to participate.
