Riyadh – Mubasher: Najran Cement Company has commenced the electronic voting for its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM), following its previous invitation to shareholders issued on 28 July 2026.
Shareholders will be able to cast their votes remotely via the Tadawulaty platform starting from 01:00 on 22 August 2026.
The voting period will remain open until the conclusion of the general assembly meeting, which is scheduled to take place at 06:30 on 26 August. The meeting will be conducted through modern technology and virtual communication tools.
The company emphasized that registration and electronic voting are available to all eligible shareholders through the official Tadawulaty website.
This process allows shareholders to participate in the decision-making for the meeting agenda items without the need for physical attendance.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, Najran Cement logged net profits totaling SAR 11.96 million, an annual drop of 44.92% from SAR 21.71 million.
