Riyadh – Mubasher: Naf Company for Feed for Industry announced that its board of directors recommended a 50% increase in the company's issued capital during a meeting held on 16 August 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
The proposal is subject to extraordinary general assembly (EGM) and regulatory approvals, aiming to strengthen the company’s financial position and support its future growth and expansion plans.
Under the recommendation, the company’s capital will rise from SAR 20 million to SAR 30 million.
The increase will be achieved by capitalizing SAR 10 million from the retained earnings account.
Shareholders will receive one bonus share for every two shares currently owned, increasing the total number of shares from 20 million to 30 million shares.
Eligibility for the bonus shares will be determined on the day of the extraordinary general assembly meeting, with shares credited to those registered at the Securities Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the meeting.
The company stated that any fractional shares will be consolidated into a single portfolio and sold at market price, with proceeds distributed to eligible shareholders within 30 days of the new share allocation.
In H1-26, Naf Feed Industry delivered a net profit of SAR 5.02 million and revenue worth SAR 110.45 million.
