Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Multi Business Group Company approved a cash dividend distribution totaling SAR 1.80 million for the first half (H1) of the 2026 fiscal year, according to a bourse filing.
During its meeting on 15 August 2026, the board of directors ratified paying a dividend of SAR 0.04 per share directed toward 45 million eligible shares.
The distribution represents 4% of the share's nominal value.
Meanwhile, the eligibility for the dividend is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 20 August 2026 and who are registered in the company's shareholder registry at the Securities Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The company confirmed that the scheduled payment date for these dividends is 3 September 2026.

In H1-26, Multi Business Group generated net profits worth SAR 5.79 million and revenue of SAR 70.08 million.
