Mayar Holding reduces accumulated losses following shareholder support

Riyadh — Mubasher: Mayar Holding Company has eliminated its accumulated losses, which previously stood at SAR 45.70 million, to Zero that represents 0% of capital as of 30 June 2026.

The losses accounted for 76.2% of the company's capital as of 31 December 2025, according to a bourse filing.

Mayar Holding attributed the significant financial improvement to SAR 70.80 million in support provided by its major shareholder during the period.

This contribution was part of a broader SAR 84.39 million financial support package involving the waiver of credit balances.

Mayar Holding stated that the executive management is currently working under board directives to enhance operational efficiency and rationalize costs to bolster future profitability.

Despite the elimination of accumulated losses, the group reported a net loss of SAR 27.59 million in the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026.

Financial disclosures show current liabilities exceeded current assets by SAR 132 million at the end of June 2026.

 The company is managing scheduled debt repayments totaling SAR 138 million due over the next 12 months, while long-term loans stand at SAR 100 million, including a current portion of SAR 11 million.

Furthermore, the total revenues for the period reached SAR 169.24 million.
