Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) announced the signing of a major data center hosting services contract with Future Artificial Intelligence Company (HUMAIN), a full-stack AI company backed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF), on 25 August 2026.
The agreement follows an initial award notification dated 22 June 2026 and is valued at more than 30% of the MIS' total revenues for the fiscal year 2025, including value-added tax.
Under the terms of the deal, MIS will provide comprehensive data center hosting services for a duration of five years.
The listed company expects the financial impact of this contract to begin appearing in its financial statements starting from the third quarter (Q3) of 2026 and continuing through Q3-31.
MIS further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction, noting that this contract reinforces the position of the company as a key infrastructure provider for AI and data hosting requirements within the Saudi market.
Earlier in 2026, MIS signed an agreement with HUMAIN for a 12 months duration.
