Riyadh — Mubasher: Lamasat Company reported a net profit of SAR 18.68 million for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026, representing a 1.34% decrease from the SAR 18.93 million recorded in H1-25.
The company attributed the decline in earnings to operational and establishment costs associated with its new Yanbu Royal Commission branch, which commenced operations in January 2026, according to a bourse filing.
Revenues for the period rose by 4.30% to SAR 77.16 million in H1-26 from SAR 73.98 million in the previous year.
The annual growth in revenue was driven by a SAR 2.20 million contribution from the new Yanbu location and a SAR 1 million increase in sales across other branches. These gains were partially offset by a SAR 271,000 decline in beauty supplies sales.
Earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 0.23 in H1-26, compared to SAR 0.24 in the prior-year period.
Total shareholders' equity increased by 6.23% to SAR 186.42 million from SAR 175.49 million in H1-25.
Lamasat Company noted that it reclassified certain comparative figures, including SAR 573,265 in revenues and SAR 721,681 in costs, to align with reporting requirements for discontinued operations.
