Riyadh — Mubasher: First Milling Company (First Mills) issued a corrective announcement regarding its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM) that is scheduled for 30 August 2026.
The company clarified that the upcoming board of directors' term will officially commence on 30 August 2026 and conclude on 29 August 2030, spanning a duration of four years.
The new announcement on 25 August 2026 corrects a previous announcement dated 9 August 2026, which incorrectly stated the term start date as 15 August.
The meeting agenda includes a vote on the board's recommendation to distribute SAR 99.35 million in cash dividends for the first half (H1) of the 2026 fiscal year.
The proposed payout represents 17.90% of the share's nominal value, equivalent to SAR 1.79 per share.
Eligibility for the dividend is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on the meeting date, 30 August, and registered with the Securities Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the assembly.
The company stated that payment will commence within 15 business days of the eligibility date. Shareholders will also vote on electing 21 candidates to the board for the new four-year cycle.
