Riyadh — Mubasher: The board members of Arabian Food and Dairy Factories Company (Fadeco) approved the reorganization of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee leadership via a circular resolution issued on 12 August 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The board accepted the resignation of Yasser Abdulrahman Al Babtain from his position as Chairman of the committee, which he had submitted on 30 July 2026.
