Riyadh — Mubasher: Derayah Financial, the manager of Derayah REIT Fund, released its reviewed interim financial results for the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2026.
The fund reported a net profit of SAR 4.68 million in the first half (H1), while total expenses and fees for the period amounted to SAR 43.15 million.
The fund’s net asset value (NAV) was recorded at SAR 825.13 million at the close of the period. Based on the 107.50 million outstanding units, the net asset value per unit stood at SAR 7.67. However, using fair value accounting methods, the fund manager noted the unit price would be SAR 9.54.
Total dividend distributions for the period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026 reached SAR 21.50 million. This represents a yield of 2% based on the nominal value.
Detailed disclosures show that distributions included SAR 4.62 million for the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 at SAR 0.04 per unit and SAR 9.46 million for Q2 at SAR 0.08 per unit. The fund manager confirmed that the return for the period was 2%.
