Riyadh – Mubasher: Dallah Healthcare Company’s board of directors has accepted the resignation of CEO Ahmed bin Saleh Babaeer, effective 1 September 2026.
Babaeer, who is stepping down for personal reasons, will also vacate his position on the Investment and Finance Committee. His departure concludes an 18-year tenure with the healthcare provider.
The board has appointed Muteab bin Abdullah Altukeas to succeed Babaeer as CEO and as a member of the Investment and Finance Committee, with his term beginning 1 September.
Altukeas has served as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer since 2022 and previously held the role of General Manager of Strategy and the Project Management Office from 2017 to 2022.
He brings over 15 years of professional and leadership experience in strategy, project management, and mergers and acquisitions.
The new CEO holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University. His professional background includes executive training at Harvard University and London Business School.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the medical group’s net profits fell by 34.05% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 184.53 million.
