Riyadh — Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Alawa Financial Technology has fulfilled the necessary requirements to begin its business activities in providing advisory services for securities, according to an official statement.
The CMA gave its ratification on 24 August 2026, which follows the initial licensing decision made by the CMA Board on 7 July 2025.
The authorization was granted in accordance with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) and its executive regulations.
