CGS mulls SAR 23m cash dividends for FY25/26

Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) has recommended a cash dividend distribution of SAR 23.30 million for the fiscal year (FY) that ended on 31 March 2026.

The proposed payout represents SAR 0.23 per share, equivalent to 23.30% of the nominal share value.

The distribution is subject to shareholder approval at the ordinary general meeting scheduled for 16 September 2026.

Eligibility for the dividend will be determined by the register of shareholders at the end of the trading session preceding the meeting date. The company confirmed that payments will be processed within 15 business days of the eligibility date.

This final distribution follows an earlier interim dividend of SAR 10 million, or SAR 0.10 per share, bringing the total cash dividends for the 2026 FY to SAR 33.30 million. This combined payout represents 71.50% of the company's net profit for the period.

The upcoming assembly, which requires a 25% quorum to proceed, will also vote on a SAR 1.51 million remuneration package for board members for the same fiscal year. The meeting will be conducted virtually from the company’s headquarters in Riyadh.
