Basma Medical records 87% surge in H1-26 net profit

Riyadh — Mubasher: Basma Adeem Medical Company (Smile Care) generated a net profit of SAR 4.78 million during the first half (H1) of 2026, representing an 87.14% increase from the SAR 2.56 million recorded in H1-25.

The medical provider saw its earnings per share (EPS) rise to SAR 0.26 in H1-26 from SAR 0.14 in the prior-year period, according to the income statements.

Revenues reached SAR 28.26 million in H1-26, soaring by 50.41% from SAR 18.79 million in H1-25.

Basma Medical attributed this growth to expanded capacity, including an increase in the number of clinics and doctors, the commencement of operations at the Al Malqa branch, and a higher volume of both new and existing patients.

Meanwhile, the revenue growth successfully offset additional operating expenses related to the upcoming KAFD and Al Narjis branches.

In addition, total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, rose by 22.85% to SAR 50.86 million in H1-26, compared to SAR 41.40 million a year earlier.

The external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
