Riyadh — Mubasher: Anaam International Holding Group issued a corrective statement regarding its preliminary financial results for the first half (H1) of 2026.
The amendment addresses a clerical error in the loss/earnings per share (EPS) figures originally published on 11 August 2026.
The company clarified that the loss per share for the current period is SAR 0.096, rather than the previously stated loss of SAR 0.407.
Conversely, the loss per share for the corresponding period of the previous year has been corrected to SAR 0.407, moving from the initially reported figure of SAR 0.096.
According to the disclosure, these corrections are limited to the earnings per share metrics for the two comparative periods.
The company noted that this announcement serves to rectify the data provided in the earlier filing to ensure accurate financial reporting for shareholders and the market.
