Al Omran Industrial incurs net losses in H1-26 on lower revenue

Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Omran Industrial Trading Company reported a net loss of SAR 6.26 million during the first half (H1) of 2026, reversing a net profit of SAR 1.08 million in H1-25, according to a bourse disclosure.

The company attributed the downturn to a 27% decline in revenues, which fell to SAR 54.38 million from SAR 74.57 million in H1-25, citing a significant stagnation in market activity.

Operational losses reached SAR 2.98 million in January-June 2026, while total shareholders' equity decreased by 9.98% to SAR 140.26 million.

The loss per share for the period stood at SAR 0.20, compared to SAR 0.16 a year earlier. The company confirmed that the auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, the company posted a net loss of SAR 2.05 million, compared to a net profit of SAR 3 million in Q2-25.

Quarterly sales dropped by 29.49% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 32.11 million. However, revenues improved by 44% on a sequential basis compared to Q1-26, supported by the fulfillment of manufacturing supply orders and the expansion of the company’s customer base into new markets and e-marketing sectors.
