Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Kuzama Trading Company has signed Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) at a total value of SAR 37 million, according to a bourse disclosure.
The funding deal was finalized on 17 August 2026, carrying a total duration of five years.
Al Kuzama stated that the primary objective of the credit facility is to finance its working capital requirements and support ongoing operational activities.
To secure the funding, the company provided a promissory note for the full amount of SAR 37 million.
Meanwhile, the transaction involves related parties, as the facility is further backed by joint guarantees provided by the Chairman of the Board, Ali Mubarak Mohammed Al Dousari, and the Vice Chairman, Khalid Mohammed Al Haqbani.
Both officials have entered the agreement as joint guarantors for the credit obligations.
Al Kuzama noted that this strategic financing is intended to strengthen the company's liquidity position as it manages its commercial operations over the five-year term.
Earlier in August 2026, Al Kuzama penned a 36-month funding agreement with the UAE lender Emirates NBD.
