Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Telecom Company (stc) launched a three-day initiative, offering free calls to all GCC citizens in Saudi Arabia, effective Sunday, 1 March 2026.
The move also includes free outgoing calls from Saudi citizens roaming across GCC countries back to the Kingdom during the same period, according to a press release.
The initiative comes in line with a directive to support stranded GCC nationals hosted in Saudi Arabia’s airports and facilitate their stay until safe return becomes possible. It allows citizens across the region to remain connected with their families during the current circumstances.
As of Sunday, Boursa Kuwait suspended its trading activities until further notice as a precautionary measure for market safety following the joint strikes between Israel and Iran.
