Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing airline flyadeal launched three new domestic routes from Madinah starting 1 March 2026, expanding connectivity to Arar, Qassim, and Jazan.
The move raises the number of direct domestic and international destinations served from the airline’s Madinah base to 10, according to a press release.
The new routes complement existing services to Abha, Al Hofuf, Dammam, Riyadh, and Tabuk, as well as international flights to Cairo and Istanbul.
Steven Greenway, the CEO of flyadeal, said: “Two months ago, flyadeal established Madinah as our fourth operational base in Saudi Arabia to provide consumers with greater connectivity to and from the Holy City.”
“Given the importance of Madinah as the second holiest city in the Islamic world and key gateway for pilgrims, our expanded schedule supplements flyadeal’s dedicated year-round Umrah and upcoming Hajj flights from several countries direct to Madinah,” the CEO added.
The new launch will increase flyadeal’s weekly flights to 94. Tickets for the new routes are now available through the airline’s digital platforms and travel agents.
Earlier this month, flyadeal received its first new aircraft of 2026, an Airbus A320neo, increasing its fleet to 45 all-narrow-body passenger jets.
