Zoho’s expansion in MENA region represents significant milestone – Nizam

Mubasher: Zoho Corporation has enabled more than 10,000 businesses adopt cloud technology since expanding in the MENA region through partnerships that have been forged to support governments’ digitalization agendas and incentivize businesses to adopt cloud technologies, according to a press release.

This adoption was carried out through strategic partnerships with local governments from the public and private across many countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Morocco and Lebanon.

The CEO of Zoho, Middle East and Africa (MEA), Hyther Nizam, said: “Zoho’s expansion in the MENA region represents a significant milestone in our global journey. The Indian corporation has marked its 30th anniversary by announcing two milestones, namely that the company which consists of Zoho, ManageEngine, Qntrl, and TrainerCentral brands is now a trusted technology provider to more than 1 million paying customers and over 150 million users globally.

In 2025, Zoho Corporation recorded a 32% annual increase in customers and a 20% rise in revenue, in addition to unveiling that the MENA region is the company’s second fastest-growing markets globally, which has seen 41% CAGR revenue growth over the past five years, with Bahrain being among its top markets, recording a CAGR of over 35% customer growth and close to 29% revenue growth since 2021.

Expansion in Bahrain

Zoho has deepened its commitment in Bahrain by providing local support, expertise, and resources for businesses of all sizes.

Over the years, Zoho has forged strategic partnerships across both public and private sectors to help Bahraini organizations grow, innovate, and gain a competitive advantage.

Key collaborations in the Kingdom include Tamkeen, which supports workforce development and entrepreneurship, as well as The Collective Hub, fostering innovation and startup growth.

Through its unified technology ecosystem, Zoho empowers Bahraini businesses to consolidate vendors, automate workflows, enhance cybersecurity, and leverage AI-driven insights, providing a secure, scalable, and locally relevant digital foundation to support the Kingdom’s ongoing economic diversification and digital transformation ambitions.
