Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab) posted an 81.20% decline in net profit which hit SAR 79 million in 2025 from SAR 420.30 million in 2024.
The earnings per share (EPS) went down to SAR 0.14 in 2025 from SAR 0.75 in the previous year, according to the financial results.
Yansab generated sales worth SAR 5.60 billion during January-December 2025, which reflected a 9.08% annual decrease from SAR 6.16 billion.
Cash Dividends for H2-25
The board members of Yansab decided, in their 8 February 2026, meeting to distribute cash dividends of SAR 562.50 million for the second half (H2) of 2025.
The company will pay out 10% of the share par value, representing SAR 1 per share, for 562.50 million eligible shares.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and disbursement dates for H2-25 dividends will be 17 February and 8 March 2026, respectively.
It is worth noting that during the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Yansab posted net profits worth SAR 132.40 million and revenue of SAR 4.22 billion.
