Riyadh - Mubasher: Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company suffered SAR 175.81 million in net losses after Zakat attributable to the owners at the end of 2025, versus net profits of SAR 64.30 million in 2024.
The loss per share totaled SAR 1.38 at the end of 2025, against earnings per share (EPS) of SAR 0.62 in 2024, according to the income statements.
Furthermore, the insurance revenues retreated by 7.18% to SAR 3.10 billion in January-December 2025 from SAR 3.34 billion a year earlier.
The Tadawul-listed company incurred accumulated losses worth SAR 58.02 million, equivalent to 4.55% of its SAR 1.27 billion capital.
