Cairo - Mubasher: The consolidated net profits after tax of Valmore Holding, previously known as Egypt Kuwait Holding, reached $186.01 million in 2025, higher than $185.33 million in 2024.
The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) retreated to 11.16 cents in January-December 2025 from 11.55 cents in the previous year, according to the income statements.
Consolidated revenues totaled $684.93 million in 2025, which marked an annual surge from $551.74 million.
The total assets hiked year-on-year (YoY) to $1.60 billion as of 31 December 2025 from $1.45 billion.
Standalone Financials
The company posted an annual drop in non-consolidated net profits tax to $56.84 million during 2025, compared to $105.50 million.
Standalone revenues jumped to $332.26 million at the end of 2025 from $128.02 million a year earlier. The basic and diluted EPS decreased to 3.88 cents from 8.02 cents.
Meanwhile, the non-consolidated total assets hit $1.33 billion in 2025, down YoY from $1.46 billion.
In November 2025, Valmore Holding completed the sale of its entire 63.39% stake in Delta Insurance Company to Al Wafa Insurance Company.
