Cairo - Mubasher: The board of United for Housing and Development (United Housing) approved developing a new mixed-use project in Alexandria’s El-Syouf area, with an estimated construction cost of EGP 5.94 billion.
The development will span an area of 51,500 square meters (m2) with a total built-up area (BUA) of 286,000 m2, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the project will include a mix of residential, commercial, and administrative units.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, United Housing registered an annual surge in consolidated net profit to EGP 174.58 million, compared with EGP 88.18 million.
