Riyadh - Mubasher: Tanmiah Food Company announced that Zein M. Attar has resigned from her executive position as Managing Director.
The resignation was submitted and accepted by the board of directors on 22 October, with immediate effect.
According to the regulatory filing, Attar cited professional commitments as the reason for stepping down from her executive duties.
While she vacates the Managing Director role, she will continue her service to the company as a non-executive member of the board of directors.
Attar had originally commenced her membership with the company on 19 October 2025. The board expressed its appreciation for her leadership and contributions during her tenure as Managing Director.
The transition ensures the company retains her expertise at the board level while allowing her to attend to other professional obligations.
Last month, the listed company penned a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tradewinds (M) Berhad (TWM) to explore strategic cooperation in halal protein products.
