Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Space42 registered an annual drop of 40% in normalized net profits attributable to the shareholders to $79 million during 2025.
Consolidated revenues stood at $577 million as of 31 December 2025, marking an 8% decrease compared with the previous year, according to the income statements.
The ADX-listed company posted a 7% year-on-year (YoY) higher revenues during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025.
Karim Sabbagh, Managing Director of Space42, said: “In 2025 we laid the foundations for Space42’s future.”
“Our financial results confirm that we are on the right track: Space Services delivered one of its strongest ever performances and smart solutions' transition to programmatic engagements aligned to our strategic capabilities is progressing as planned,” he added.
Sabbagh concluded: “We enter 2026 with renewed momentum: an accelerating revenue profile, an optimized cost base, a strong balance sheet and a relentless focus on strategic execution.”
In September 2025, Space42 began developing the UAE’s first Sovereign Mobility Cloud, leveraging Core42’s Public Cloud built on Microsoft Azure.
