Cairo - Mubasher: South Cairo and Giza Mills and Bakeries Company has sold its Bahbah plant, including the land plot and buildings, for EGP 11,000 per square meter (sqm) through an auction.
The company sold the asset which spans an area of 1,554 sqm for a total transaction value of EGP 17.09 million, according to a bourse filing.
Earlier in 2026, South Cairo and Giza Mills announced the sale of its 1,761-square-meter Handuq mill for EGP 9,500 per sqm and at a total value of EGP 16.72 million.
These sales follow the company’s decision to hold public auctions for certain company assets.
