Mubasher: Skipr, a startup developing autonomous trust infrastructure for AI, has closed its $2 million seed funding round at a $10 million valuation, according to a press release.
The investment will support the company’s expansion from Abu Dhabi’s global tech ecosystem, Hub71, as it expands its sovereign AI infrastructure for national and enterprise deployments.
Andreas Hartl, the CEO of Skipr Technologies, said: “This funding accelerates our work on what we believe is a foundational layer for the AI era.”
The AI systems increasingly operate autonomously across organizations, clouds, and borders. Therefore, Skipr provides a secure platform for AI-to-AI communication, coordination, and value exchange.
At the same time, it ensures that governments and enterprises maintain full sovereign control over their data and decision-making.
“We are building the trust infrastructure nations and enterprises need to deploy AI safely, confidently, and at scale,” the CEO noted.
The company is already collaborating with telecommunications operators, AI and cybersecurity labs, and data centre partners to deploy autonomous, sovereign AI digital services at national and enterprise scale.
These early implementations position Skipr as a key enabler for organizations transitioning toward AI-ready, cross-jurisdiction digital environments.
Purpose-built for sovereign-grade applications, Skipr’s technology uses cryptographic identity, policy-driven routing, and auditable interoperability to ensure safe, transparent, and compliant data and transaction sharing across networks.
