Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Investment Funds Index closed lower on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, shedding 13.28 points to finish at 2,661.92 points.
Market breadth skewed negative as 17 funds declined against 13 gainers, while total trading liquidity reached SAR 13.49 million across 1.99 million shares.
The index faced downward pressure during the session, ending with a 0.50% loss.
Trading activity concentrated heavily in the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds (REITs) segment, which dominated both value and volume charts.
Jadwa REIT Saudi (4342) emerged as the most liquid and active fund, recording SAR 3.97 million in turnover with 480,000 shares traded, despite its price falling 0.84% to SAR 8.24.
Alkhabeer Income 2030 (4702) led the decliners, dropping 2.71% to SAR 7.17.
This was followed by Al Maather REIT (4334), which fell 2.07% to SAR 7.57 on a trading value of SAR 740,000.
Other notable laggards included Mulkia REIT (4336) and Riyad REIT (4330), both declining 1.39%, while Derayah REIT (4339) shed 1.33% to close at SAR 5.18.
On the gainers' side, Alwaha REIT (9300) outperformed the market with a 2.44% increase, reaching SAR 8.39.
Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) showed mixed but generally positive movement among the top performers; Yaqeen 30 ETF (9400) rose 1.13% to SAR 48.03, and Yaqeen ESG ETF (9409) gained 0.50% to SAR 10.05.
Additionally, Alinma Retail REIT (4345) and Albilad Saudi Equity ETF (9412) both edged up by 0.22%.
Meanwhile, liquidity remained concentrated in a few key names.
Following Jadwa REIT Saudi (4342), Sedco Capital REIT (4344) saw SAR 1.86 million in trades, closing down 0.60% at SAR 6.61.
Bonyan REIT (4347) and Al Rajhi REIT (4340) also saw significant activity, with values of SAR 1.65 million and SAR 1.54 million respectively, both ending the session in negative territory.
Alinma Hospitality REIT (4349) remained unchanged at SAR 6.95 despite recording SAR 870,000 in turnover.
