Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Investment Funds index closed Monday's session, 20 July 2026, in negative territory, retreating -0.19% to finish at 3,002.03 points.
Despite more gainers than losers among individual funds, heavy trading in major REITs pressured the index as total liquidity reached SAR 28.05 million.
The index shed 5.73 points during the session, ending at 3,002.03 points.
Market breadth showed 22 funds advancing while 12 declined and 2 remained unchanged.
Total trading volume for the day reached 3.24 million shares across the listed investment vehicles.
In the exchange-traded funds (ETF) segment, SABI HK ETF (9411) emerged as the top performer with a +1.62% increase to SAR 12.59, followed by Yaqeen 30 ETF (9400) which climbed +0.98% to SAR 49.42.
Albilad US Tech ETF (9407) rose by +0.74% to SAR 24.53.
Conversely, Albilad Saudi Growth ETF (9408) fell -0.88% to SAR 7.87, while Yaqeen Petrochemical ETF (9401) dropped -0.34% to SAR 23.35.
The Real Estate Investment Traded Funds (REITs) sector saw mixed performance.
Derayah REIT (4339) led the gainers in this category, rising +1.49% to SAR 5.45, supported by SAR 1.4 million in turnover.
Alwaha REIT (9300) and AlAhli REIT 1 (4338) also posted gains of +1.08% and +0.91%, respectively.
On the losing side, Taleem REIT (4333) recorded the sharpest decline of -1.41% to SAR 10.46, followed by Al Aziziah REIT (4337) at -1.38%.
Trading activity was heavily concentrated in Jadwa REIT Saudi (4342), which dominated both value and volume metrics.
The fund fell -1.22% to SAR 10.50, generating SAR 19.37 million in turnover, representing approximately 69% of the total market liquidity.
Sedco Multi Asset (4703) followed with SAR 2.62 million in value, closing down -0.72% at SAR 6.90.
Other active funds included Alkhabeer REIT (4348), which saw a marginal decline of -0.17%, and Alinma Hospitality REIT (4349), which closed flat at SAR 8.12.
