Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export Company (Sadirat) announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters (HQ) within Riyadh, moving from the Al Ghadir district to a new facility in the Al Foutah district.
The transition is scheduled to take effect on 1 October 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The move is a strategic component of Sadirat’s broader restructuring program aimed at controlling operating expenses and enhancing spending efficiency.
This initiative was previously outlined in the 2025 Board of Directors report as part of a framework to strengthen financial and operational stability.
The company stated that the new location is intended to improve the professional environment in alignment with its current restructuring goals.
Meanwhile, the new HQ is situated on Imam Faisal bin Turki bin Abdullah Street, building number 3046, with postal code 12632 and additional number 7742. Sadirat confirmed that existing communication channels remain unchanged.
