Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) has approved the distribution of SAR 159.80 million in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2026.
The total payout represents 50% of the nominal share value. According to the regulatory filing, the company will distribute SAR 5 per share across 31.95 million eligible shares.
The eligibility for these dividends is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 17 September, as per the records maintained by the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).
The company confirmed that the distribution process is scheduled to commence on 7 October 2026.
For non-resident foreign investors, the cash dividends will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Implementing Regulations.
SADAFCO urged shareholders to ensure their bank account details are correctly linked to their investment portfolios to facilitate the direct deposit of funds.
At the end of June, SADAFCO reported a 30.16% decline in net profit to SAR 170.26 million, compared to SAR 243.78 million a year earlier.
