Riyadh - Mubasher: Red Sea International Company has inked a SAR 202.80 million contract with the Saudi Arabia branch of Webuild to provide integrated facilities management (IFM) operations and maintenance services for the Trojena Dam project (NEOM).
The two-year agreement will serve the Main Camp and Spike Camp in accordance with NEOM Worker Welfare standards and Saudi regulations, according to a bourse filing.
The contract, signed on 23 December 2025, will impact the Saudi listed company’s financial statements starting from the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.
Earlier in December, Red Sea International's unit, Fundamental Installation for Electric Work Company, extended its multi-purpose funding facilities with Alinma Bank and Riyad Bank.
