Riyadh — Mubasher: Rawasi Albina Investment Company announced the results of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 26 August 2026, where shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term.
The new session is scheduled to begin on 13 September 2026 and will conclude on 12 September 2029.
The meeting, which achieved a quorum with 96.36% attendance, resulted in the election of five directors: Faisal Saad Mohammed Al Buqami, Jalal Mashay Rashid Al Wadaei, Yasser Suleiman Nayef Al Thunayan Al Shammari, Ayman Hilal Ali Al Jaber, and Mohammed Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Faisal.
According to the regulatory filing, the resolution to elect the board members received overwhelming support, with 99.99% of the votes cast in favor and 0.01% abstaining.
The assembly was conducted both in person at the company’s headquarters in Riyadh and via modern technology. The session was attended by the current chairman, Marzouq Mutaib Mutlaq Al Otaibi, and other senior board members and committee heads.
