Cairo - Mubasher: Orascom Development Egypt will distribute a cash dividend of EGP 0.38 per share to shareholders, with the disbursement scheduled for 25 September 2025.
The dividend, corresponding to coupon number 3, will be available to investors holding shares by the record date of 22 September 2025, according to a bourse filing.
It is worth noting that the payments will be processed through Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR).
In the first half (H1) of 2025, Orascom Development reported an annual leap of 222.10% in consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 3.03 billion, compared with EGP 942.76 million.
