Noon Education acquires Almakhfi to strengthen its leadership in EdTech sector

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Noon Education, a social education technology (EdTech) platform, signed an agreement to acquire the Almakhfi platform, one of the startups affiliated with the MVPLab program, part of the National Technology Development Program (NTDP).

The acquisition strengthens Noon Education’s leadership in the EdTech sector and reflects its commitment to developing innovative learning experiences for high school students through Noon Track, the company revealed in a statement yesterday.

Noon Track is an educational pathway designed for middle and high school students, created to be the strongest and most effective route toward admission to leading universities. It combines strong preparation for the Qudrat and Tahsili exams with advanced English-language education and practical training in the latest fields, including programming, game development, and AI-powered drones.

The acquisition aligns with Noon Education’s vision of diversifying its portfolio of technology solutions and distinguished educational content to meet the aspirations of the new generation.

Preparing students for Qudrat and Tahsili, the Almakhfi platform has benefited more than 250,000 students over the past eight years. It successfully created added value in the field of digital education, making it an ideal strategic partner for Noon Education’s journey toward expansion and innovation.
