Riyadh – Mubasher: Naseej International Trading Company has commenced compensation payments to priority rights holders who did not participate in the company’s recent capital increase.
The total amount to be distributed to eligible shareholders and those entitled to fractional shares is SAR 6.78 million.
The distribution process is scheduled to begin on 14 October. Riyad Bank has been appointed to manage the disbursement, with funds being deposited directly into the bank accounts of eligible recipients.
For shareholders whose banking information is incomplete or unavailable, the company has advised them to contact the Shareholder Relations Department.
This distribution follows the completion of the rump offering period and aims to compensate investors for the value of the rights that were not exercised during the subscription phase.
