Dubai-Mubasher: Nakheel launched a twin-tower residential complex, Ibn Battuta Residences, in Dubai, according to a statement.
Launched on the first day of Cityscape Global 2016, the two 48-floor buildings project will comprise 531 luxury apartments next to Ibn Battuta Mall.
The residential development is scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2019.
The company aims to double its leasing stock to more than 36,000 units over the next five years.
“The residences complement a major expansion under way at Ibn Battuta Mall, where Nakheel is adding hundreds of shops, a new cinema complex and two hotels, the first of which will open next month, to the existing retail and leisure hub,” the statement highlighted.
The developer yesterday launched Palm 360 on Palm Jumeirah, a twin-tower hotel and residential complex that includes a collection of 12,000 square feet penthouses.
