UAE – Mubasher: Dubai-based Nakheel announced on Wednesday that it is targeting new European investors through its partnership with German property brokerage Engel & Völkers.
The UAE developer’s chairman Ali Rashid Lootah along with a team of senior managers will showcase Nakheel’s Dubai developments and meet potential new investors at property exhibition Expo Real in Munich, taking place October 5-7, and other locations.
Earlier this year, the UAE firm signed its joint venture agreement with the Hamburg-based firm to create a new company that sells and leases land and properties across the emirate of Dubai.
