Nahdi Medical’s profits near SAR 831m in 2025; dividends for H2 unveiled

Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the shareholders of Nahdi Medical Company reached SAR 830.70 million in 2025, higher by 1.22% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 820.70 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) grew to SAR 6.39 in January-December 2025 from SAR 6.31 in the previous year, according to the income statements.

Revenues stood at SAR 10.21 billion as of 31 December 2025, an annual rise of 8.12% from SAR 9.44 billion.

Yasser Joharji, the CEO of Nahdi Medical, said: “Our progress in 2025 was also reflected in the strength of our social impact and people-first culture."

He added: “We delivered a strong and resilient performance, reinforcing our position as a trusted national healthcare platform at a time of profound change across Saudi Arabia’s retail and healthcare sectors.”

“Guided by a clear strategy and disciplined execution, we crossed the milestone of SAR 10 billion in annual revenue; adding beats to more than 84 million guests’ lives,” the CEO noted.

“Our integrated model continued to translate strategic intent into tangible results, enabling us to build a more connected, resilient, and scalable healthcare experience for the Kingdom,” Joharji emphasized.

Dividends for H2-25

The board members of Nahdi Medical approved cash dividends worth SAR 390 million, representing 30% of its SAR 1.30 billion capital, for the second half (H2) of 2025.

Meanwhile, the Tadawul-listed company will pay out a dividend of SAR 3 per share for 130 million eligible shares. The eligibility and distribution dates will be 29 March and 9 April 2026, respectively.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Nahdi Medical logged an annual decline of 1.22% in net profit to SAR 654.80 million, versus SAR 662.90 million.
